Designed by the famed Seattle landscape studio Olson Kundig, DeWine Sundowners is a ~1280 sq ft 2-bedroom 2-bath modern haven with gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows, that perfectly combines luxury and comfort while still paying homage to the elements with the use of natural materials and clean environmentally conscious construction. This home (built in 2021) and the Lakes at Sagecliffe community are brand new construction (and many homes are still being built) with contemporary modern design and open floor plans.

We want your stay to be magical and we hope you’ll take advantage of these special touches for an unforgettable experience: Heated floors and air conditioners with individual controls; abundant parking for up to 3 cars (including a Tesla wall charger) – or a car and a boat; Outdoor heaters on both the front and back patios; Gas Fireplace on the back patio and Weber propane gas grill on lakeside patio.

There are two bedrooms – one outfitted with a Casper Queen mattress & the second with a Tuft & Needle Queen size mattress. Two washrooms with all the basic required items including iron and hair dryer provided for your convenience. Full size washer/dryer.

Please know at this time the lake is not available for water activities or swimming. There are several choices for water enjoyment within minutes from the Cave B Property.  Also, for mid-week stays, you may experience construction nearby of new lake homes.
