Hey there!

We’re K Rose’ Hospitality—a small, hands-on property management team based right here in the heart of the Cave B community. We believe every guest deserves a stay that feels personal, peaceful, and memorable, and we’re all about the little details that make a big difference.

K Rose’ was started by Kathy, who’s been part of the Cave B community for over a decade. She worked at the resort and later at the winery, where her love for Dry Rosé and her welcoming vibe earned her the nickname “K Rose’.” When it came time to name the business, it just made sense—it was already part of who she was.

Since then, what started with a few condos has grown into a collection of different condos, lake homes and now—seasonal yurts.

We’re proud to manage each property with care, working closely with individual owners and treating every space like it’s our own. Our team includes Kelsey, who leads operations, and Sara, who focuses on our marketing and social media. We also work with trusted housekeeping partners to keep everything clean, cozy, and guest-ready.

Whether you’re here for a concert, a quiet getaway, or just to soak in the views, we’re dedicated to making your stay memorable. From booking to checkout, we see every detail through and strive to create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.
